The willingness of the staff to be helpful. I am handicapped and need extra help. The staff was always helpful. I appreciate that and intend to stay there whenever i travel.

as usual on LV...staying there on a Friday evening...means highly overpriced would have not give more than 60% of the pain rate...but I had to fly in the morning...and resorts would have Bernard much higher. The plus : good wifi..Coffee maker and fridge in room.clean place.
